The Refer a friend scheme launches on 18/09/2023 and can be stopped by the practice at anytime.


Terms & Conditions

  • Refer a friend scheme is available for existing patients who recommend a friend to join the practice on a private basis. 


  • The new patient must have not visited us before. who recommend a friend to join the practice on a private basis. 


  • The new patient must notify the reception team on booking the appointment.



  • If the new patient uses the online booking portal to arrange their first appointment, they should advise the reception team when checking in who they were recommended by. 


  • The voucher will be sent out to the existing patient, following the new patient attending their initial examination. 


  • The voucher value of £20, will be provided in a one4all gift card.
